Today we assist our clients with project process improvement (PMI standards and agile practices), project acquisition, project resource and procurement planning. Product customization projects are driven by customer requirements. Feasibility, prototyping, field testing, acceptance need to be managed with tight inclusion of your customer. Product development in the U.S., though generally more expensive than Europe, may be attractive for different reasons. Established non-U.S. companies and startups that are looking to attract investment for a new idea or technology from U.S. entities may find that a prerequisite for moving forward with an interested party is that an entity (Corp, LLC..) is created in the U.S. and that the product development team be situated locally under the watchful eye of investors.
